Licensed Landscape Architect Professional

Location: Boise, Idaho
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Licensed Landscape Architect Professional to fill an immediate position with our landscape department in Boise. This position will work closely with the current planning, survey, civil engineering, and landscape staff on assigned development related projects. They will be responsible in assisting with project coordination, plan development and project approval activities on all assigned projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Under the direct supervision of the Landscape Manager, prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, and specialty exhibits on a broad range of development related projects
- Regular and effective communication and contact with the Landscape Manager and internal staff
- Assist in the marketing of KM’s landscape services
- Inspect landscape projects and ensure they adhere to plans
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
- Landscape Architect licensure with 2-5 years of licensed landscape design experience
- Proficiency or Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Lumion
- Excellent Knowledge of Local Plant Materials
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and/or independently
