Stephanie Hopkins

Land Planner

I have been an active member of the planning and development community since 2015. Working in both the public and private sectors, I have aided in a variety of land use and development projects here in the Treasure Valley and beyond. I provide services ranging from initial concept planning and due diligence research through public hearing presentations, platting and project closeout.

I firmly believe in coordinating and understanding jurisdictional codes and requirements from the onset of each project to better equip and support our Clients through the entitlement and development process. I am committed to keeping open lines of communication throughout every stage of a project to ensure that objectives are realized and that we provide the best possible service to our Clients.
