KM Engineering provided civil engineering, landscape and land surveying services for the new Starbucks on State Street in Boise. Previously a vacant parking lot, the space was re-purposed through a collaborative and multi-disciplinary effort into a trendy new development. Unique features include a drive-thru, an urban outdoor seating area with a shade pergola, and an emphasis on a modern but low water and maintenance landscape theme.
